Yes and no. As I pointed out elsewhere when you first raised the question
in a different thread, if you are desperate for a GUI, then you can do
export and import using the Management Server. But it reminds me of using a
three-ton truck to crack a small peanut.
Just open a command window, and type "exp system/manager full=y file=export.dmp" (without the quotes of course) and you're done.
