Ah yes, there's an error here when it tries to listen on the SPX protocol.

"32-bit Windows Error: 38: Filename too long"

All I can think is the SPX service name is too long - but this is based on the computer name which hasn't changed so don't really understand this.

Anyway, I'm not using SPX so removed this from listener.ora, and now works OK.
