Well, the Oracle software is BUNDLED WITH (not included on) the Solaris media kit (mine was anyway). The Oracle software comes on disks from Oracle that are just in the Solaris media kit box. The link you reference above is the stuff put on disks by Sun...

You can order Oracle for Solaris Intel media kit for $39.95 from oraclestore.oracle.com (if you are in the U.S.)...
