go to the store.oracle.com. Select the 9i Enterprise Edition database - then check the "licensing" link. From within the oracle store, you can configure and price your database/tools. If your company is an Oracle reseller, or GSA price qualified, you can get special/promotional pricing - if this is the case you should call local Oracle sales office. Otherwise, you can directly order from their homepage. Remember there is a magic number which is 50 - for which named user pricing = single processor license. You can also go with 2 years instead of 4 years. It might be cheaper. You can run all these what if scenarios in oracle store. take care.
