Hi Michael,

It sounds like when you created the repository, you told the wizard you did not want to store the username and password (check box on the repository owner screen).

You can correct this by launching Enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant (EMCA), selecting the Edit Configuration Parameters option, and de-selecting the check-box. The EMCA will update the configuration file the OMS reads during startup, and it will find the username and the encrypted password and will be able to log into the repository.
