The ususal Error 12560

Hi all,

I am quite frustrated with a problem on my system. Here is my config:

W2K Advanced Server
Oracle 8.1.6i Version 2
Vignette 5.6.2

What I want to do is simply create a new database. I don't use the default creation with the database configuration assistant, because I want to use UTF8. That is the only thing I changed. Whenever I start the creation process, the assistant creates the service with the correct SID, after that I get the 12560 error message.

Any help is appreciated!!
