Oracle insists on having an X server, but this server may be running on another system, even a PC with, eg. Hummingbird Exceeds, if I have the name correct. But, of course, another Linux system with X would do very nice ;-)

But if your Linux server is that "lean", will it be able to manage Oracle 8i ?
