There's not much outside the Oracle doc on either. Dye had a book on Replication, but it's been out for a while and may be out of date (certainly doesn't have the 9i enhancements unless there's a new edition). OPS - I think the only one I've seen is in the O'Reilly series, but I wasn't that impressed with it. Believe it or not (remove marketing hat so this seems real!) the best doc I've seen on OPS is the OPS manual in the doc. The 8i version did a really good job (earlier ones again I wasn't that impressed with) and that's flowed over into the 9i doc on RAC.
