Thanks for your response.

The answer is yes. I have compared schemas, tablespaces, and parameters. There were no differences.

I made sure that the data was very similar in content and quantity between both databases.

About half way down in the TEST plan it diverges from the DEVL plan and does a SORT. Could this be caused by a minor difference in the data?
