Oracle residing on a Network Attach Storage (Network Appliance)

We are running Oracle 8i on a NAS (Network Appliance) and have problem
having reliability.  The Oracle Database often goes down because of OS
59 Network Error or OS 240 session canceled.



This database run on Windows NT.



Is anyone  experiencing the same problem?



any idea?
