Hey there.

Using Oracle 8.0.5 (really) on Linux (RedHat 6.2), I am encountering
what seems to be a strange problem. Manual refresh-only snapshots seem
refresh just fine, but the LAST_REFRESH field in USER_SNAPSHOTS is
always NULL.

Does anyone know what this bug is, and whether there is a workaround?
