Because lots and lots and lots of people are more than familiar with it and it's been through the riggors of hackers and such. 8 is getting "older" now, so it's a close second. As for the Oracle part, I've not had the chance to work with 9i so I really would stick with 8i.

Yep. That's why it's added to my sig. :) What I really hope happens is he's caught and tried. The jury would be 12 women. The result, life in prison. When he dies, he's buried on his left side in a frilly dress, facing away from Mecca.
