Dude,
Why dont you try to search the newsgroup before posting ? Anyway, try
internal/oracle (only from server manager on 8.0.x)
sys/change_on_install
system/manager
scott/tiger
Try Sqlplus or Server Manager.

If I am not mistaken, the Database Configuration Assistant DOES tell you the default usernames and passwords in a dialog box after it finishes and you have to click OK to accept.
