Rollback segment/tablespace growth problem

Hi,



I run Oracle 8 and designer 2000 few years.  This month, the rbs
tablespace was full twice, the size was increased from 50 to 100MB
and then to 150MB.  It is not an autoextend option.  



I wonder what makes it growth so fast.  How do I tune the rbs
to be "defragged" or "reused"?  I do not think the tablespace
size of rbs should be added anymore but it is nearly to do so again.
