authentication problem on running backup db from oem

I have already set the preferred credential for a db instance inside
OEM. (db user with sysdba privilede, and a user with admin privilidge
on the host computer node.



when I schedual a job of backup  a (noarhieve) database (full dump), i
constantly get the VI-authentication error. I am ruuning ora817 on
winnt2000server sp2. What security chain problems do I have here?
