JDBC thin driver / ORA-01017

Hi,



I've got problems connecting to a 7.3.4 oracle instance (Listener is 8.1.6)
via the jdbc this driver. Error msg is "ORA-01017: invalid
username/password; logon denied" (of course, the password given is correct).



Swiching to oci8 instead of thin make things running.



Any ideas?
