Your question is a bit confused. A tablespace's size isn't really calculated, a tablespace is made up of datafiles. Take the size of all the files in a tablespace and that's how big your tablespace will be. So, you need to decide how big your files will be, but you don't really have to do this either, because you can have your datafiles autoextend.
So, your question becomes more of a, "How should I manage my datafiles?" type question. To answer this question, one needs much more information than provided.
Does this make sense?
Other than that, I assume you aren't asking us to do the math for you?
