Anyone ever used _offline_rollback_segments and lived to tell about it.

Trying to cleanup a rollback tablespace and segment in needs recover status. Can't recover it.

Other options include rebuild database and maybe _offline_rollback_segments. What do you think?

Can't drop it because Oracle thinks its partially available.

Got it offline and have imported affected tables. Would like to cleanup as neet as possible. You should be able to get rid of a rollback segment if you know you don't need it even if its corrupted. Received on Mon Sep 24 2001 - 12:25:55 CDT
