Hi Chris,

Forms3 uses the old rowid format of 6.x and 7.x database. Since this changed in 8.x Forms3 per se is not compatible with 8.1.x. But I rember a few years ago there existed a patch for forms3. Please look at metalink/technet or ask your local Oracle rep. I don´t know if this patch still exists since Forms3 has run out of support for a long time.
