Yes, but can you explain what you are trying to do? Most people configure the listener for the machine that hold the config file only.
The two most common IP Addresses would be 127.0.0.1 and also the machines IP. If you are using Virtual IP/ Clustering address, you might want to configure them, but this is usually not done.
I should clarify. If the listener.ora moves with a cluster address, configure for the cluster address. If not, configure for either localhost or the physical address, or both.
