Yes, Oracle Lite (aka Personal Edition) works with WIN98. Oracle has only two folder names under WIN32, ORAWIN95 (IIRC) for WIN95/98 and ORANT for NT/2000 and maybe in future for XPs too. On Windows 2000 you can use Oracle Server Standard Edition, that will be sufficient for your needs.
