Dear all,

I have the experience of doing data warehousing with Oracle database, and now I am going to do data mining as well. One annoying problem is that Oracle is not easy to exchange data with other tools. I use SQL*Loader to load data into Oracle, and use SQL*Plus to extract data with SQL, both of which requires the existence of a text format in the middle. Tools such as Microsoft Access/Excel or Cognos Impromptu can be easiy exchanged with many different data formats. Anyone shares one's experience about exchanging data with Oracle? Thanks in advance.
