Process/session memory use

Anybody got a good script for reporting a breakdown of PGA/UGA/CGA memory use? I couldn't find one with Google.

I'm not really sure what's possible, ideally I'd like to know how much is used by sort area, how much by cursors, how much by package variables etc.

I hate being asked questions after 6pm on Friday.
