Christopher, try reading the docs that come with the Oracle
installation

You need to become a member(free) to see the doc.
I suggest you read them and try some examples given. Since you are a newcomer, it would take some time, probably 2 weeks to understand and become comfortable. If you dont have the time, get some help.
