Buffers problems!! ... (Hekp!!!)

I build a order report with including some packages in Oracle8.1.6. I got following error messages.

There are some Chinese characters, so I translate in English. Anyone knows any problem related to ARRAYSIZE and MAXDATA? How to change it and what number should I give?

Please help!!!!
