Okay then I have bad news for you... They do concentrate on a lot of seldom
used concepts and will only accept the official ORACLE answer as being
correct. I work with a developer who has 5 times the experience I do. She
had a harder time with the test because she knew so many different and
possibly better ways to accomplish the same goal. Both the Developer and
DBA track are like that. On the plus side you will get exposed to a ton of
concepts that you might need at some point but I felt most of the questions
were designed to make sure you had taken the classes from oracle. (as for
typing in a query...would you really want to miss the question because you
had typed form instead of from? SQLPLUS will detect that and allow you to
fix it quickly but the test engine would say it was wrong even if you got
the rest of the syntax correct.)
