There are many tools out there to help in Warehouse Building besides Oracle's rather late entry into the field.. Do a search for ETL tools ( Extract, Transform and Load )...

My choice would be Ascential Software's DataStage XE ( http://www.ascentialsoftware.com/products/datastage/index.html ) but your results may vary..
