The actual install was done by the UNIX sys admin, he upped a few parameters
as recommned.

Shared mount points ergo same device, the O8 instance seems ok, so far not
much impact on performance, early days though.

Solaris.
I have an issue (e.g. it's nae workin) with the intelligent agent which I
have passed on to Oracle support, they are being helpful.
The O9 database burst into life probably about an hour before I read your
message, as I said early days.
