Many successfull OCP candidates use the free online Oracle documentation (doc.oracle.com), Oracle DBA exam cram series, and the STS software as review/reference materials and those are what I used in preparing for the exam. I did not enroll in any formal Oracle training -- I just downloaded the Oracle DB from technet.oracle.com and read the free online documentation and the review books.
