Hmmm.         

[clr_at_shiva]$ ls /usr/i386-glibc21-linux/bin i386-glibc21-linux-env.sh
[clr_at_shiva]$ rpm -qf /usr/i386-glibc21-linux/bin/i386-glibc21-linux-env.sh compat-egcs-6.2-1.1.2.14

Seems to depend on the compat-egcs package. Don't ask me why :-)
