Hi!
I've got an O*A 10.7 running with a 7.3.4.5 DB on a unix-platform.
There is no problem to do changes with the DB. e.g move some DB-files, make an own tablespace for mtl_system_item. The application doesn't look at the DBstructure. It just want to find the components in the DB somewhere.....
Also tried to move some components from APPL_TOP to another disk and just make a softlink from APPL_TOP to this catalog (Done it with 'ar' and 'install' -catalog). This was no problem. The application runs as normal.
