I really don't understand why any ex would do this. It's not like they aren't into IT and wouldn't know this sort of thing just doesn't stick? I mean, ex-ORACLE and coming up with this sort of stuff?

Jeez, not even I could come up with this and darn ORACLE made me sell my shares when I left! ;-)
