I used the minimal server install and choose no for starter database. I got no errors during the product install. Now I try to create an instance with the installed ORACLE_HOME as the Home but i get the error ORA-27102 out of memory SVR4 Error:22: Invalid argument. the command i was trying after logging in to svrmgrl and connecting as internal was startup nomount pfile=/Cse-demo3001/sdmsapp/oracle8/admin/sdmsmex/pfile/initsdmsmex_0.ora My ORACLE_HOME is Cse-demo3001/sdmsapp/oracle8 My ORACLE_SID is sdmsmex What do I need to do to get rid of this error .
