Hi ,

I think,
1.First u should creat a Instance in Command prompt .  2. Select u'r oracle database where u have installed. 3. Then Copy the initora.ora file into some other name. Then open that u'r init fiel and change u' DBname and Control file name and Log file name. 4. get into SVRMGR30 (that is server manager). 5. give connect internal
password:
6.startup pfile= "C:\give the path of the oracle database\ give u'r file with extension with nomount
and run database like @db.
i think u can create a instance like that
