Sorry... I couldn't resist that.
The differences are licensing issues. Standard edition is not supposed to scale to as many users.
I've heard it said that functionally they are no different, except for in
packagaing and licensing.
I trust the people I've heard it from, but will be interested to see posts
from others on this.
