That only works if the person looking at schema has a definition (diagram, whatever) describing what actually is happening and why. I was after something that would be mnemonic without the need for a diagram always present.

Maybe I'm asking for much? It's just that it's a bummer to have to "hammer-in" the design into the head of every poor developer that joins this project anytime after the initial design. It's a reasonably complex design and I was looking for something that would let them figure it out simply from looking at the schema.

Oh well, thanks a lot anyway. Will keep thinking about a solution.
