There's a parameter "_corrupted_rollback_segments=r01" you could put in init.ora.
HOWEVER. There may be a way to fix this WITHOUT having to resort to such trickery, so I'd hang fire until the more experienced dba's can advise if I were you...
Obviously, if you did use it, you a) cold backup the whole thing first, b) remove the parameter afterwards, and c) don't blame me if it all goes wrong. ;-)
