"Peter Shankey" <shankeyp_at_its.charlestoncounty.org> wrote in message news:20010412.15341200_at_wando.charlestoncounty.org... How do I tell if I am running the 64 or 32 bit version of Oracle. The Solaris version is 7 and at boot up it runs the 64 bit kernel. One other thing I am running the Standard version of Oracle.
Thanks
Pete
select * from v$version or look carefully when you connect using any tool: it's displayed in the banner.
