Yes, this is possible. Ensure that settings for all Solaris kernel configuration parameters (documented in the DB2 Quick Beginnings manual) use the sum of the DB2 and Oracle recommendations. I read somewhere (maybe in this newsgroup) that the manner of binding IP addresses to ports is different between DB2 and Oracle. Perhaps a comm. expert who has used can explain.
