Hi,
After installing 9iAS, we are now trying to use Discoverer3i that we installed as part of the enterprise edition installation. We're getting the following error in the Apache error_log when trying to invoke the Discoverer Viewer using the following url:
http://<myserver>/servlet/discoservlet
Errors Generated:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException:
servlet.discoservlet.code doesn't map to a String object

I believe this has to do with the configuration although we have stepped through the document "Oracle Discoverer3i Viewer Edition, Installation and Administration Guide" and everything looks as it should.
Searches at Oracle's MetaLink site has not turned up a lot, but there is mention of JRun. Is a JRun install necessary to use Discoverer? The 9iAS documentation doesn't make any mention of it that I can see.
Any suggestions?
