From the report.txt you posted, you do not have a redo copy contention problem.

Was this sampling taken right after a busy period, rather than during one? For the time you sampled, there are absolutely no measurable latch waits at all. A few showed up statistically, but they were all smaller than the timing interval, 10 ms.

This must have been a very quiet period. It was interesting to note that there were some library cache reloads, as though the library cache had some flushes earlier and had to reload cursors - hard parses. But, the shared pool latch had no activity so the "flushing" probably occurred before this report, not during it.

Anyway, you might give this another shot during a period when you have some real performance issues and post again.
