It is surely known inside IBM. It was pointed out (at least to me) that the one deciding whether a customer is allowed to participate or not is Oracle!! That way, it is much easier to avoid bad press if it doesn't work out as promised - just saying "no" if the customer's setup is already faster than it will ever be with Oracle. ;-)

Has someone heard that anyone succeeded in the challenge? If not, it speaks for itself.
