ORADIM creates services for an instance under WinNT. Something like
ORADIM -NEW -SID db1 -PFILE init.ora ... Something like that anyway.
SVRMGRL is a tool to administer the instance/database. I use SVRMGRL to
e.g. start, stop the instance.
You can also query the database also with SVRMGRL
ORADIM used on Win98? I don't know Personal edition but it seems odds to have services on that OS. Is it at all possible?
