Blaine,

I assume you are installing Oracle on a version of UNIX: Windows is slightly different and the install prompts you for internal's password.

In UNIX, you would normally run Server Manager as the user oracle (or whoever you designated in the install). If you then log into Server Manager as "internal", you should not be prompted for a password. If you are, it means you have something set up wrong.

In fact, the two default users are:

SYS	password = change_on_install
SYSTEM	password = manager

You certainly need to change both of these!
