  4. Stop being a pathetic little asshole to newcomers and newbie questions. Your elitist unhelpful snotty attitude is a disgrace to the usenet and it's principals.
  5. You don't own or moderate this group neither do you have any right to act in such an unhelpful rude manner towards people asking questions.

Lay off the less experienced and try to remember when you first started with Oracle.
