Oracle 8.1.6 on NT 4.0sp6a



When trying to start the management server service I get the following
error:


Error 0203: The system could not find the environment option that was
entered.



What does this mean? This from a clean install, I've tried several times to
no avail. I've finally given up on 8.1.7, it would not install.
