I'm running on WinNT platform. I try to create database from zero but I
found problem on first steps. I try to use the menu wich I found on windows
"START" menu, but every thing which I did had bad result.
What do tou mean about "In Oracle, creating a new database means creating
the tables that contain the database information (data dictionary), not your
own", what can I do to create tables? Which is the menu voice which allows
me to do it?
I need information step by step to start.
