Oracle sucks

This is the question I sent to Oracle off their OTN download page. Below is their response.

I purchased the trial CD pack for windows NT. Everytime I try to load the EE, I get an error that OCI.dll is missing from the CD. I get similar errors when running the downloaded version.

Is there a problem with the build? I've tried on multiple machines. I bought the CD pack thinking that I would have better luck during the install.

I am the Lead Database Architect for my team at HP. We would like to evaluate moving our system to Oracle. I have doubts, if I can't even get the software loaded.

If I need to buy special support, that is not a problem.

Thanks in advance,

Gary Abbott

This is Oracles response to my question.

OracleInstall no longer provides an email support service. You can search the OracleInstall site (http://www.oracle.com/support/oracleinstall) for the answers to common installation problems or you can refer to the following resources:

The Oracle Technology Network provides downloads, documentation, technical bulletins, and also supplies some select product forums where questions can be posted. You will need to register, however, access is free and immediate. You can visit OTN at the following URL: http://technet.oracle.com

To purchase Oracle support or find out more about the different Oracle support services that are offered, please refer to the following location: http://www.oracle.com/support

If you have a valid support contract, you may be interested in using MetaLink. At MetaLink you can file TARs, review bugs, view technical libraries, and post to Oracle monitored forums. You can register and login to MetaLink from: http://metalink.oracle.com

Comming from the Microsoft world, I am turned off. If Oracle reads this, respond and I shall give you another chance. I've made several calls to the Oracle store, which is where I bought the software.
