If personal works like enterprise and I think it does. startup mount pfile=...
then

alter datafile rename FULLPATH_OF_WHERE_IT_WAS_NOW_AND_NAME to FULLPATH_OF_WHERE_IT_IS_NOW_AND_NAME; for every file.
