Hello,

No you can not update your 7.3.2 to 7.3.4.5.1

Take care :
Do a cold backup and export the(s) databases of your server.

You must first upgrade 7.3.2 to 7.3.4.0.0 with the CD Oracle Server, you can read the documentation
for the migration of the database (export/import, or compile the needed catalog).

And then you upgrade your 7.3.4.0.0 to 7.3.4.5.1, and then you read the README.TXT
(inside the file, you see : This Patch applies to 7.3.4.0.0, ...) recompiles the oracle catalog for each database.
